LIVINGSTON, PATTERSON, STRICKLAND & SIEGEL, P.A. is a law firm of five attorneys that concentrates in the fields of business law, commercial real property, banking, litigation and family law.
The firm was founded in 1976 with the goal of providing quality legal services on a personal basis. While engaged in the general practice of law, the firm has developed special expertise in its areas of concentration. The firm has acted as counsel for numerous individuals and companies, as well as banks and governmental bodies, in matters ranging from complex commercial and domestic relations litigation to substantial real estate and corporate transactions.
With a staff large enough to provide thorough expertise in a number of specialties while still small enough to provide personalized service, the firm includes attorneys, legal assistants, law clerks and other staff members. Members of the firm are active in professional organizations and have served as president of the Sarasota County Bar Association, chairman of the Judicial Nominating Committee, chairman of the Circuit Grievance Committee, member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, chair or vice chair of committees of The Florida Bar and the Sarasota County Bar Association, and members of various bar committees. Additionally, firm members have been active in the Chamber of Commerce and numerous charitable and civic organizations. |
